Services
KomodoKode LLC provides AI modernization, software development, engineering consulting, cloud and DevOps work, and ongoing product support. See our services page for details. Quotes describe scope, timeline, and fees.
Agreements
A paid invoice, signed proposal, or written confirmation means you accept the described scope. Work begins on the agreed start date once any needed access or materials are in place.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Refunds and cancellation

Promotions
Occasional discounts or promotions apply only to the services and period described in the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful purposes. We may decline or end work that would require us to break the law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-specific deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools and know-how remain ours, with a license granted as needed to use the deliverables.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KomodoKode LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
