Cancellation
How to cancel projects, retainers, and scheduled work with KomodoKode LLC.
Projects
Either party may cancel a project by email. You remain responsible for fees for work completed through the cancellation date. Prepaid amounts for unfinished work are handled under our refund policy. Completed work to date is delivered once outstanding amounts are paid.
Retainers
To cancel a retainer, send written notice at least seven days before the next billing date, unless your agreement specifies a different notice period.
Consulting sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed for the reserved time.
How to cancel
Email hello@komodokode.dev with your company name, agreement or invoice reference, and requested cancellation date. Or use the contact form.
